This internship, in addition to strengthening the links between regions of the International Cooperative Alliance, allowed the interns to experience first-hand the reality of financial cooperativism in the Asian country.
The visit was made possible through coordination with the International Cooperative Banks Association (ICBA) and the leadership of its President, Mr. Bhima Subrahmanyam, as Academic Leader.
The internship was also supported by ICA Asia-Pacific President Chandrapal Sigh Yadav and Regional Director of the ICA Regional Office Balu Iyer, who have helped coordinate the visits.
