Under the project #Coops4dev, Cooperatives of the Americas requires the hiring of a legal professional with experience in the cooperative sector to carry out the drafting of the Report on Legal Frameworks for Worker Cooperatives in the Americas.
For this process, it is essential that applicants have proven experience in the cooperative sector, demonstrable skills in preparing technical reports, and a thorough knowledge of cooperative legislation in the Americas. It is important to note that, due to contractual provisions with the European Union, experts with tax domicile in the following countries cannot be hired: Chile, Uruguay, United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.
