Sign collaboration agreement
The Agreement established the bases of support and collaboration between the parties within the scope of their competencies and capacities in terms of research, dissemination, and development of projects that contribute to integral development through the dissemination and promotion of the cooperative model in the Americas.
OAS has a significant role in promoting best practices to promote integral development in the region; said institution consolidated its commitment to send documentation and publications that are requested by it, according to the financial resources available and its confidentiality restrictions.
Present during the signing were Luis Almagro, Secretary General of the OAS, together with the President of Cooperatives of the Americas, Graciela Fernández, Vice President Carla Decker and Vice President Apolinar Ortiz, as well as Danilo Salerno Director of the Regional Office of Cooperatives of the Americas.
